My personal journey has been one of shedding old expectations and embracing my truth. Several years ago, I quit my job as a senior-level executive, sold my house, and set out on a quest of self-discovery. This search led me to explore new places, try different paths, and immerse myself into any personal development books I could find.
I connected with teachers, healers, therapists, guides, creatives, and even a shaman. One of the most profound experiences was hiking 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago—a pilgrimage that deepened my connection to myself and empowered me to align with my authentic self.
